How was this a year ago??

Hard to believe how our studio looked and felt when we first took on the premises. It was super scary for me moving my business over from the Wirral, rebranding and creating a space for multiple teachers.

But I tell you this, it was worth every bit of prep, creative processing and hard work that was put into creating

I can't tell you how many lovely people I've met since this day in our gorgeous space.

We have bigger plans this Spring and we can't wait to share them with you.

This coming Sunday January 18th Claire will be sharing the magic of rest for ALL WOMEN who feel the call, in her monthly SHE SUNDAY three and a half hour women's gathering..

A space where women come together to connect and rest. 🌹

During the three and half hours expect

🌹 Sound Healing
❤️ An so much more...

These sessions are for all women who are wanting to deepen their connection to themselves, women who have a busy life and are feeling out of balance. Women who are seeking a deeper level of awareness..

Build a routine. Do it no matter what. When you really can’t, don’t quit or beat yourself up, just do it the next day. Show up, over and over.

It is the only thing that works🙏

We thank each of you that have walked through our studio doors this year to join us or one of our incredible teachers.

I can't quite believe it's been a year since we got the keys and started to create the space.

We are truly grateful to all of you for putting your trust and faith in us and are looking forward to stepping into 2026 with you all.

We have so much planned, new teachers, a new therapy room and new classes.

Thank you so much for a wonderful year and wishing you the most magical Christmas.
