A moment I realised I’d been living on autopilot — and what changed after

I didn’t hit burnout.
I didn’t have a breakdown.
Nothing dramatic happened.

I just noticed how little of my life I was actually present for.

Step 3: Look at your calendar from the last 2 weeks

Now ask:
Does your time reflect what you say matters?
