Thanks too everyone who has taken advantage of our introductory prices at the old drift .

As a reminder our introductory prices will end on Saturday 31st January. The new price will come into effect on Sunday 1st of February and this will allow us to invest in new features at the old drift.

Let’s talk about mental health

We all experience mental health differently, extreme highs, extreme lows, hormonal imbalance, weight of responsibilities, the everyday, death, chronic illness, depression, anxiety, ocd, social isolation, work pressures the list goes on and on, the good and the not so good.

Everyone’s mental health can fluctuate, this is why we talk about mental health so much .

Contrast therapy is amazing not just for the mind but for the body and why we want to do things a little differently to ‘just’ coming to experience contrast therapy.

Our sessions can be booked for upto 10 people which most of you would never of met before but by having this shared experience allows open conversations to flow and new bonds to form, it’s about creating a safe space to talk and for our community to grow xx
