A big hello to all our lovely followers — how are you all doing? 😊
February may still feel a little chilly, but it always brings that gentle sense that spring is just around the corner. 🌼 The snowdrops are blooming, the days are growing lighter, and our home is full of wonderful moments and activities to keep our residents happy, active and connected.
💌 Yesterday we began making Valentine’s cards for the people who mean the most to us. There was so much creativity, laughter and warmth in the room — and we truly enjoyed every moment of it.
👶✨ In the afternoon, we welcomed a very special little visitor who brought an incredible amount of joy into our home. Through gentle exercises, smiles, eye contact and playful soft-ball games, our residents were absolutely delighted. They engaged so naturally in conversation and play — it was a truly heart-warming experience. Thank you so much for this inspiring visit!
💞 Children and childhood are such an important part of the cycle of life. They awaken beautiful memories and emotions from our own early years. That’s why intergenerational contact is so valuable for our residents — it brings love, happiness and a deep sense of connection.
