The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan - Trentham

After struggling to lose weight using different diets over the last 10 years, I decided to try Cambridge Weight Plan. I initially intended to try it for a few weeks to try and boost my weight loss but I was amazed at how quickly my body started to change and this motivated me to keep going. I couldn’t wait for my weekly weigh-ins to see how many lbs/inches I had lost. I had set a target with my Consultant that I could have only dreamt of seeing on the scales and within only a few months I reached that target and set myself a new one! I have dropped 5 dress sizes and lost 10 inches from my waist. I feel fit and healthy and for the first time in years I enjoy clothes shopping!! The comments that I received from friends and family that noticed my weight loss and changing figure, gave me a massive boost to keep going to reach my target. I even went to a family party where people didn’t recognise me, and there have been occasions where family/friends have had to do double takes in the supermarket! I have gained so much more confidence since losing weight with Cambridge Weight Plan that I decided to become a Consultant and I am part of a Multi Award Winning Team.
