Today we celebrate the incredible women who give so much of themselves with love, strength, and endless care. Whether you’re a mam, a grandmother, a mother figure, or someone who holds others with a nurturing heart—you deserve to feel appreciated, supported, and truly seen.

🍃 Taking a Little Break 🍃

Come and join us for an evening of relaxing into yourself and connection - with your body, your plans for the year and sound, through gentle movement, a little bit of seasonal spring planning and a relaxing sound bath.

This session is all about being in tune with nature’s start to the year - Spring - and echoing it ourselves.

Starting next Friday 20th February at Treherbert Old Age Centre (it’s not just for old people - that’s just their name!) these sessions are suitable for everyone and chair adaptations can be made.
