My yoga practice has taken a back seat recently as I’ve been spending most of my free time practicing or studying for my Pilates qualification! But I’m looking forward to being on the mat at to guide you through an energising vinyasa flow tomorrow morning at 10.30. See you there 🫶

Join me for a yoga class this week! I will be teaching a 60 minute vinyasa flow on Friday at The Nest Yoga and Saturday 10.30am at Tring Sports Centre. All ability levels are welcome 🤍
