My work is rooted in guiding you back to body-based living, restoring connection, truth and authenticity through practices that nourish both the nervous system and the soul.
• Holistic Therapy (75–120 mins, on my boat)
Massage, reflexology, and facials offered in a peaceful waterside setting. Each treatment is tailored to you, blending relaxation with restoration, helping the body to soften, release, and reset.
• Somatic Experiencing® (60 mins, online – minimum of 4 sessions)
Together, we follow a 4-stage journey designed uniquely from your intake form:
1. Resourcing & safety – finding anchors of stability in your body.
2. Awareness & tracking – gently noticing where tension, numbness, or aliveness shows up.
3. Release & expression – working with sound, movement, and breath to free stored survival energy.
4. Integration – grounding new pathways of regulation and authenticity.
This work supports healing from trauma and stress by restoring your nervous system’s natural rhythm.
• 1:1 Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation (75–105 mins, online or on the boat)
Personalised sessions that weave yin yoga, breath awareness, and guided meditation. Each session supports you to slow down, feel more at home in your body, and cultivate practices that meet you where you are — whether that’s grounding, energising, or deepening your self-connection.

A day of somatic experiencing, yoga, and nourishing plant-based lunch by the water. A chance to pause, reset, and return to yourself.
