As a Reiki Healer, I talk a lot about how reiki can bring you back in to ‘balance’ or how reiki can ‘‘balance your chakras”. I recognise that not everyone will understand what this means and how it could relate to them.

I’ve put together some information on each of the 7 chakras describing what might cause each chakra to become out of balance and how an imbalance in that chakra might affect your day to day life.

Hopefully this will help make chakras feel a little less mysterious and show how energy balance can connect to real, everyday experiences.

I love this old photo of Marash House that was recently shared on a Tring Facebook group. It was taken in the 50s when the building housed an antique shop. I love being part of the building’s history 💛 I’ve already told the landlord that I plan to stay there until I retire!

Tring has its very own crystal shop 💛 If you love Tring’s independent shops and friendly high street, you’ll love this.

Tucked away at the end the High Street, my little crystal shop opened in November and is fast becoming a local favourite. It’s a calm, welcoming space filled with carefully chosen crystals and it’s only here because Tring asked for it.

Each crystal in my shop has been lovingly infused with Reiki healing energy, which you may gently experience when you hold it or keep it close to you.

The crystals are thoughtfully grouped by their healing benefits, and each one comes with a description so you can easily discover how it may support your healing journey.

Reflexology and Reiki gift vouchers are also available to buy at the crystal shop. Just ask for details.

Open Saturdays only, inside my reflexology & reiki studio, it’s a calm space to browse and enjoy something a little bit special on the high street.

These beauties are available now in the crystal shop. They’re handcrafted by Forest Sprite Crafts, a fellow local business based right here in Tring, and I’m so excited to be stocking them because they’re absolutely stunning.

This was such fun! - which is something I never thought I’d say about getting up in front of 10 people and talking for an hour. I was definitely a bit nervous beforehand, but I ended up absolutely loving it!

I think it probably helped that I was talking about reflexology and energy healing, which is my favourite subject and something I’m really passionate about, and that everyone who came along was really friendly and supportive.

Every Saturday I transform my reflexology & reiki studio, in the centre of Tring, in to a crystal shop, full of wonderful crystals from all around the world.

There are small pocket money sized crystals for young collectors as well as some really beautiful larger pieces, and everything in between.

The shop is next door to The Robin Hood pub in Tring. Just come through the big black door and you’ll find me straight away.

Everyone who comes to the shop receives a voucher for £10 off their first reflexology or reiki treatment with me.
