We are pleased to welcome Georgianne to our Low Cost team!

Georgianne is in the final months of her Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

As an integrative counsellor, person-centred values are at the heart of my approach. Working collaboratively, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches— including Psychodynamic theory, Transactional Analysis, CBT, and Attachment theory—to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.

My counselling journey has been shaped by my training and lived experiences, including trauma, loss and bereavement, pregnancy loss, parenthood, addiction, and complex relationships. I’m also a parent-carer and have a personal understanding of neurodiversity, particularly ASD and ADHD. Previously, I have supported unpaid carers through counselling, helping them navigate the many emotional and practical challenges that caring roles can bring.‘

We have a range of new appointments available in Tring for our Low Cost Counselling Service.
These appointments are open to anyone over the age of 16. Sessions are 50 minutes long for £25 weekly. There is no limit to how long you can have sessions for.
Our Low Cost Counselling Team are experienced at working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, overwhelm, relationship challenges, addictive behaviors, low self esteem, exam or work stress, physical and mental health challenges.
If you are not able to attend in person please contact us about online options.
