⭐️ Data Protection ⭐️
Hello lovely clients! As most of you are aware, the GDPR is coming into force on the 25th May. For those of you that I’ve managed to catch in person you’ll have been given a print out to sign outlining what I do with your data and how I protect your data. For those that I haven’t seen here is a brief summary:
- All documents containing personal data are filed securely on paper, no one has access to this other than me. No data is stored electronically.
- Data collected will be relevant for treatment and contact purposes.
- Data will never be shared with anyone without your permission (if I need to contact your GP or refer on to a specialist regarding your treatment I will ask your permission before getting in contact with him/her to discuss your needs.)
- All data will be stored for a year after the last treatment you receive from me and then safely shredded. If you wish to return as a client after a year has passed I will ask you to fill out a new confidential forms again.
- You have the right to access the data I have on file for you at any point and ask that it be destroyed.
