Childhood obesity is now more prevalent worldwide than malnutrition. This is according to the latest edition of New Scientist. I was already aware of the rise in NAFLD in adults and children in the UK. I watched one documentary where a 9 year old boy was diagosed with NAFLD. The parents were quite bemused, and had no idea how serious the condition can be.
What's this got to do with Hypnotherapy? I'm seeing a steady increase (pardon the pun) in teens coming for help with weight control. I've added a pic of my own healthy fruit salad breakfast or dessert (kiwi, grapes, strawberry, mandarin and blood orange).
