This is me demonstrating an Indian Head Massage. 💆‍♀️

The treatment starts at the mid back (Trapezius), working up over the shoulders, upper arms, neck, head/scalp and then onto the pressure points of the face.

This treatment is hugely beneficial to relieve tension and stress. It can also help with depression, insomnia, headaches and is an ideal way to relax.

This can be done within your own home or within Beyond Bliss, Wellness Centre, Troon.

These are the pressure points of the feet that are massaged and stimulated during a reflexology treatment. Each zone corresponds with the body systems of the body.
The treatment lasts an hour. It is very beneficial in the treatment of depression, stress, insomnia, and aches and pains and constipation.
Reflexology is an ancient treatment that was used by the ancient Egyptians and Chinese amongst others. In the West we now view this holistic therapy to be a part of our well being and self care ritual.
