Next week at the hub we welcome a fab group and the pleasure of the Ukulele…

Followed by our month raffle, lunch and medical clinic run by our Community Matron.

Our clinic sessions are open to everyone, no pre booking required, fully confidential, take advantage of this valuable service in Troon!

Huge aologies for the lack of communication, we hope to receive an update ourselves before next week about the future of Troon Health and Wellbeing hub.

In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you on the 1st October 11am - 1pm

What a fabulous afternoon we had at our Garden Party.

Lots of thanks goes to Maids of Melody for another wonderful session, to all our volunteers who gave up time to help organise, set up and helped throughout the afternoon, Troon Methodist Church for the use of the tables and Pastor Rob for being front of house, welcoming our guests.

Special Thanks goes to Jacqui, who gave up her garden and hosted the event for the second year.
We presented Jacqui with a beautiful rose as a thank you but also in memory of Jacqui’s late husband Ray, who sadly passed away before Christmas 2024.
Due to Rays health, Ray was able to thoroughly enjoy the party from the comfort of his lounge and immediately asked for the event to be repeated.

The aim of the party was to raise funds for Troon Health & Wellbeing Hub, I am so pleased to say we raised almost £400!!

Thank you All, you are truly amazing.

Happy Friday!

We have a very busy week next week, one not to be missed.

🟣 Monday 16th, 1pm - an afternoon of board games, refreshments and chat. Village Hall. All welcome and FREE

🟡 Wednesday 18th our regular hub, welcoming Cornwall Blood Bikes. Followed by a light Lunch and Chair Tai Chi @12.30pm All Troon Health & Wellbeing Hub

🟢 Saturday 21st 1pm Garden Party, with live music from Maids of Melody with fresh home bakes and a jigsaw sales. (71 Newton Road Troon)

All money raised is for Troon Health & Wellbeing Hub.

Cream Teas with unlimited tea or coffee re-fills
OR maybe a refreshing Mocktail! 🍹🫖 🍰

A massive thank you Trewithen Dairy and Prima Bakery for our yummy donations.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who have been working tirelessly to support this fundraising event, especially to Jacqui for opening up her garden to us all!!

We had a great Digital Workshop this morning joined by some new and regular faces.

It is always pleasure to have company and the knowledge of Jane and Jay from Cornwall Rural Community Charity.

Next digital sessions will be May 23rd, 30th and June 6th. 10.30am - 12.30pm.

UPDATES AND DATES FOR YOUR DIARIES📌

On Saturday we supported Tuesday Crafternoon's Craft Fair, we seen lots of people and wonderful donations for the raffle, cake and craft stalls. We also had a "Guess the weight of the cake"

Tuesday Crafternoon, raised a wonderful £285. These funds will go towards running cost and to invite external workshops, for fun skill building sessions.

📣📣📣On Saturday night we welcomed Holman-Climax Male Voice Choir who gave the most amazing concert.

We were almost at full capacity!

The aim of the concert was to raise funds for both Holman-Climax Male Voice Choir and Troon Health & Wellbeing Hub...

It is with great pleasure to announce we raised a huge £4️⃣5️⃣0️⃣

We are truly overwhelmed by the generosity of not only our visitor's and guests, but also the local business that donated to the raffle prizes.
