Finding our feet a little more and getting started …
As part of easing into the year ahead, we’d love to help you start shaping what your 2026 could look like within HQ. This isn’t about setting everything in stone or having a perfect plan it’s simply about starting the conversation and painting the picture.
We’ve added a short Goals & Support Form on the app take your time to reflect. Your answers help us coach you better, support you more intentionally, and make HQ work for you 🤍

Four years of Coach Lucy HQ.
Built in person. Built with care. Built through trial, error, and a lot of learning.
From running every class on my own to building a team that now that helps deliver over 56 in-person sessions each week HQ has grown in ways I never imagined starting in this industry 10 years ago.
We’re becoming clearer every year. About who we are. About what we offer. About who we’re here for.
Thank you to everyone who’s been part of any chapter so far.
Feeling rested, a little more recharged, and ready to see what 2026 has to bring. 💙

As we close the chapter on 2025, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to all.
This year wasn’t just marked by dates on a calendar it was built through showing up, week after week. Nearly 3,000 classes were coached in 2025 alone, adding up to roughly 2,300 hours of live coaching time. Hours spent encouraging, guiding, adapting, laughing, supporting, and holding space often far beyond the session itself.
Thank you for the early mornings and tired evenings. For the consistency, the returns after time away, the quiet determination, and the days when simply walking through the door was the biggest win. Thank you for the energy you bring, the support you give one another, and the trust you place in this space.
2025 has been shaped by you. Every session attended, every habit built, every moment of resilience.
We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve achieved this year, both inside and outside HQ. Thank you for being part of this community, for sharing the journey, and for helping make HQ what it is.
Here’s to closing the year with gratitude and stepping into the next chapter together 💙

🎄 Merry Christmas from Coach Lucy HQ 🎄
Thank you so much to everyone who brought the energy, effort and laughs to our final Christmas Eve workout today the 12 Days of Fitmass 👏
This festive period has honestly been nothing but fabulous. It’s been busy, it’s been chaotic, and it’s been full of pockets of joy from our Christmas markets and movie nights to the 12Ks of Christmas and everything in between.
Thank you all so much for your encouragement, support and effort throughout December. You’ve genuinely made those dark mornings and late nights so much easier, simply by being surrounded by such wonderful people 🤍
Now it’s time to give you some downtime some rest, some breathing space, and a bit of time away from phones and devices.
However you’re spending Christmas, I hope you’re able to enjoy it in whatever way feels right for you.
We’re signing off now for a few days and look forward to seeing you either on Saturday when we open back up, or very soon ✨
Love,
Lucy x

3 mindset shifts for the festive season 🎄
The festive season doesn’t require a new version of you. It asks for a kinder one.
1️⃣ You don’t need to earn rest You are allowed to slow down without justifying it. Rest isn’t a reward, it’s a requirement.
2️⃣ Consistency looks different in December Showing up might look quieter, softer, or slower. That still counts.
3️⃣ January doesn’t need to be a reset You’re not starting again. You’re continuing, with more awareness, not pressure.
If this season feels heavy, give yourself permission to do less… and trust that it’s still enough 🤍
Save this for when the noise gets loud.

That Friday feeling is well and truly here 🙌
As we wrap up another busy week at HQ and head into the weekend, we’re taking a moment to reflect on everything that’s been going on…
✔️ We’ve been tackling our 12ks of Christmas at Run Club – muddy fun runs, big smiles, and plenty of festive grit
✔️ Baby bumps are growing, and the excitement is definitely growing with them
✔️ Our Christmas shop is in full swing, supporting lots of lovely local businesses and taking the stress out of big supermarkets and crowded shops
✔️ The boy is absolutely exhausted after seeing the effort everyone’s been putting into their sessions, so much so that he fell asleep during poor Nicola’s workout 😴
✔️ And we’ve been fuelling it all with our delicious lasagna from this week’s Cook Once, Make Three Meals recipe on the app, proof that a little meal prep really does go a long way
And just like that… that was our week ready for the weekend 💛
Coach Claire can’t wait to see all of your wonderful faces tomorrow morning, and I’m looking forward to ending Friday on a high at Friday Night Lights with you all ✨💪
Happy Friday, team!

✨ A little December reminder from Coach Lucy HQ ✨
This time of year can feel full on … last minute shopping, school events, work nights out, and a calendar that somehow fills itself. If you’re feeling stretched, you’re definitely not alone.
So here’s your gentle nudge from us:
December can be wonderful, but it can also be overwhelming. If you’re managing to get your sessions in, amazing. If things are slipping because life is busy… that’s okay too. Nothing is “lost” we’ll pick everything back up when the pace slows down.
We’re not here to add more pressure to your plate. Move in whatever way feels good for you over the festive period, even if that’s simply resting.
And as always we’re here, cheering you on, and checking in when you need us. 💙

In the last five years of studying health, fitness I have had loads of opportunities to work in this industry. The more I have taken on the more experience I have gained. Working with people of all ages with different goals in mind.
That's the great thing about my job its never boring no two people I work with are the same and everyone has a different reason for wanting my support.
Maybe its to gain knowledge, encourage you to try something new or just the support of having me there in this new training environment. Your reasons for wanting me as your coach are special and I am always exceptionally proud to be a part of that.
I work with individuals who are looking to change their lifestyle in the long run, not just quick fixes. I work with you to build a relationship so that you take as much as possible away for our sessions or coaching online.
I want you to invest in your self and your knowledge, I want to educate you about your body and how it works so the changes we make from working together are long-lasting.
My knowledge and experience is something I look to share with everyone I work with In the hopes that we can build your confidence and keep you consistent.
Being consistently good will bring about changes rather than being inconsistently perfect.
