I want to share this post to give you an understanding of the type of energy you will receive if you choose to work with me. I am attuned to both traditional Reiki & Holy fire 🔥 I regard myself as a spiritual woman & eclectic in my approaches to healing modalities. I believe we are all unique beings who require a personalised approach to healing. Shadow Work Isn’t a Trend. It’s a Soul Initiation 🖤

There’s a part of me that doesn’t want to be seen.
She shapeshifts. She smiles when she’s actually afraid.
She over-gives so no one notices when she’s breaking inside.
She keeps the peace, even when it costs her inner one.

This part of me isn’t evil.
She was born from survival
from moments I felt unsafe, unloved, unworthy.
But she whispers in ways that slowly disconnect me from the woman I came here to be.
From my truth. From my body. From my joy.

And so, I’m sitting with her now.
Not to fix her. Not to shame her.
But to witness her.

🖤To whisper back:
“You don’t need to fight anymore. You never had to.”

I’m learning that real healing doesn’t always look like light and affirmations.
Sometimes it looks like shaking in the dark as you finally allow yourself to feel what you’ve been avoiding.
Sometimes it sounds like screaming into a pillow because your soul is done being silent.
Sometimes it not wanting to get out of bed and face the world .

Sometimes it’s rage. 😡
Sometimes it’s grief. 😭
Sometimes... it’s a deep, dark emptiness. A loneliness that requires silence.

But shadow work isn’t destruction.
It’s re-integration.🔥

We can’t rise until we’re willing to meet the parts of us we’ve exiled to survive.🌹

✨ So today, I honour:
The version of me that tolerated less, just to belong.The patterns I inherited, but no longer want to pass on.The shaky voice who still spoke up.The wild one within me who is ready to stop hiding.

This is the work.
Not the pretty, polished pieces.
But the sacred mess.
The unbecoming. The becoming. Over and over again.

I’m not here to become someone new.
I’m here to remember who I’ve always been.

This is me 🔥she is power.
Raw.
Real.

It’s official 🫶🏻I am now a Holy Fire 🔥 Reiki Master! 🌹🌹

This year has been a rollercoaster. I thought 2022, 2023, and 2024 were tough, but 2025 opened cracks wider than the Nile. At times, I felt utterly alone, misunderstood, and helpless. There seemed to be no comfort, no escape. I had never experienced such darkness in my life.
In April, I made a decision: I needed to get myself out of this darkness & start filling my divine feminine cup, 😊and seek guidance. That’s when I reached out to the divine goddess herself, , she helped guide me back towards that light , Slowly, I found it and my fire again 🔥
It’s true what they say: when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Holy Fire Reiki restored my faith, guided me through my shadows (that was scary 😧 but essential ), and led me toward my true purpose. This journey hasn’t been easy, but it is transformative.
Now, with my energy upgraded, I am excited for what the future holds. I plan to teach energy healing in the future, but I am taking my time. My goal is to ensure that my future students have the best experience ❤️feeling just as inspired, empowered, and supported as I do , as they connect with their own light and step into their best lives. 🌹🔥

Today, I stepped way outside my comfort zone.
I tried the Wim Hof Method , the breathing, the ice bath, the full experience.
It started with the breathwork.
Thirty deep, intentional breaths in out, in, out, until I felt light, almost weightless.
Then came the holds… that still moment where everything slows down I could feel every cell in my body tingling
No thoughts. No tension. I felt as calm as a cup of camomile.
It’s wild how powerful simple breathing can be, how it can quiet your mind and awaken your body at the same time.
And then… the ice bath. 🧊
The instant I stepped in, my whole body went into shock but I surprisingly still felt calm, my breathing was a bit staggered.
But I came back to that rhythm, that breath I had just practiced.
In… out… stay calm.
The cold didn’t disappear, but I learned to meet it differently,not with resistance, but with presence. It felt so good to get out of my head and into my body 🫶🏻
When I got out, I felt alive. Clear. Grounded.
It wasn’t just physical I felt like I had connected with something deeper inside myself.
The Wim Hof Method taught me this today:🥰
The breath is your anchor. ⚓️
The cold is your teacher. 🥶
And your mind is stronger than you think. 🧠
Here’s to more breaths, more challenges, and more moments of clarity . 🌬️❄️

Some people don’t know how to feel happy anymore.💔❤️‍🩹
Not because they don’t want to…
but because for so long, happiness felt unsafe.
They learned to hold it all together,
to stay strong when their world was falling apart.
They became the calm in every storm 🌪️
and somewhere along the way, they forgot what it felt like
to simply breathe without holding their breath for the next wave. 🌊
Healing isn’t just about letting go of pain
it’s about learning that it’s finally safe to soften.
To laugh again. 😂
To trust peace.🕊️
To remember that strength isn’t in the armour…
it’s in allowing yourself to feel joy without fear. 🌹

Let’s Talk Attachment Styles & How They Shape Our Relationships ✨

Have you ever wondered why you connect deeply with some people but feel anxious, distant, or even triggered with others? The answer might be rooted in your attachment style — the emotional blueprint formed in childhood that silently shapes how we bond, love, and communicate.

There are 4 core attachment styles:

💛 Secure — You’re comfortable with closeness, trust, and independence. Emotional needs feel safe to express.

💔 Anxious — You crave connection but fear rejection or abandonment. This can lead to overthinking, needing constant reassurance, or people-pleasing.

🧊 Avoidant — You value independence so much that intimacy feels threatening. You might emotionally shut down, withdraw, or keep walls up.

⚡ Fearful-Avoidant (Disorganised) — A mix of craving connection but also fearing it. Often linked to past trauma, this can look like push-pull dynamics, intense emotions, and inner conflict.

Why does this matter?

Because our attachment style becomes the hidden script in our relationships:

The types of partners we attract
How we respond to conflict
Whether we sabotage love or lean into it
