🌿 New Wednesday Dru Yoga Class with Alison! 🌿

Starting 28th, Alison will be offering a brand-new Wednesday class from 10:00–11:15am.

Dru Yoga is a gentle, flowing style of yoga rooted in the Hatha tradition. With graceful movements, a focus on spinal health (similar to Tai Chi), and sequences that help release energy, it blends breathwork, visualization, and meditation to bring deep relaxation, vitality, emotional balance, and a calm, centered mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Alison has been teaching Dru Yoga for 18 years and is deeply passionate about sharing a holistic approach to enhance health and wellbeing. She can’t wait to welcome you to the mat and guide you into a space of ease, strength, and inner peace.

Feeling tight, tired, or stuck in your body?
This deeply nourishing Myo Yin class blends myofascial release with Yin yoga to help you unwind tension held deep within muscles and fascia.

Using long, supported holds combined with gentle pressure on trigger points — with tools like bolsters, blocks, foam balls, tennis balls, and Myo Yin specialty balls — you’ll be guided into a practice that encourages the body to soften, release, and reset. Expect slow, grounding movement and deep rest for both body and mind.
