| How do you sprinkle the joy? |

Life is always going to be life-ing, so it's important to sprinkle that joy throughout each and every day. I have loads of little things I do such as reading, a soak in the bath and walking.

I also love my morning mocha and a visit to my wee favourite I've said it before and I'll say it again, best coffee kitchen in Troon. 🥇

| Be the undercurent |

I got a little nudge in my dream last night; I read a literal sign on the wall encouraging us all to support and uplift each other to fly, we then become the undercurent supporting them to soar which elevates us too.

Consciously, or unconsciously, our words, thoughts and actions impact others energetically; negatively, it is us who will be weighed down whilst they will inevitably fly.

I needed that wee reminder, so let's all soar...🪽

The next Community Mediumship Service is going to be on Tuesday 11th November at Kirkintilloch Town Hall. 🤸🏼

The first one was a great wee night and I'll look forward to seeing you again then.

I've had a few other people get in touch with me as they didn't realise the service was on the other night as hadn't seen the posts. The Facebook algorithm can play a part in this.

Can I please be a pest and ask if you could follow on both Instagram and Facebook for those that use them both and share the page/post/tag your people on the posts; particularly on Facebook as the people from Kirkintilloch and the wider community can see it.

Also if you came along to the service, nights, one of the awareness groups I've ran or had a 1:1 could you possibly do the wee recommendation thing on my page as having more followers and positive ratings will allow the posts to reach more people.

| Footsteps |

At the Community Mediumship Service the other night I read some of the lyrics from this song and spoke about the meaning; this song really gives the message that we truly are supported from those in the Unseen.

Just a reminder that the song was 'Footsteps' by Lisa Stansfield from her 1997 album 'Lisa Stansfield'. I believe this song was inspired by the poem 'Footsteps in the Sand' about a person's frustration with God with some dispute over who originally wrote this.

| About last night... |

Well last night was a great night. Thank you again to everyone that came along to the first Community Mediumship Service in Kirkintilloch, there was a fantastic energy in the room and the evidence and guidance from your people were very on point.

Last night was a trial to see if there was interest in this from the community... 27 adults and 2 children on the first night, yes I'll take that as an interest. The night will definitely be back, I look forward to seeing you again soon. 🤸🏼

| Tonight ~ Kirkintilloch |

I'm looking forward to seeing some of you guys tonight at Kirkintilloch Town Hall, in the 'Lesser Hall' with medium Janet Shepherd and I for the Community Mediumship Service trial.

£5 entry or £3 concession for low income. If possible please have the right money as change may be limited.

The service will start at 7.30pm and end by 8.30pm.

| Why are you starting this? |

This idea isn't something new and there are a lot of SNU Spiritual Churches and independent ones, but as far as I am aware there is none in the local area so why not start one?

This is building on from nights that I previously ran which was a space
for new mediums to get hands on
experience and for people to see the different styles of mediumship.

Not everyone can afford a 1:1 session with a medium, or may be skeptical (which is healthy) so providing this service is a way of opening up the door to Spirit whilst opening people's hearts and minds to the possibility that there's more than the eye can see.

I feel that we can all gain comfort through the modality of mediumship and there's lots of people in the Kirkintilloch area who I know enjoy this kind of thing, those that would also benefit from seeing that life really does continue beyond physical death; through evidence and messages that you receive or even through other people's.

Mediumship has brought me so much joy and comfort throughout the years, prior to developing my own abilities, and I want to make it accessible to those that might be interested.

| It's me, Hi! |

For those that don't know me, I'm Mark and I'll be your host at the Community Mediumship Service in Kirkintilloch next week.

I'm a Kirkintilloch boy and despite living briefly lots of random places over my life so far such as Shawlands, London x 2, Spain, Bargeddie and most recently Troon; I always come on back home.

I previously worked for over 25 years with children and young people within the care system, leaving care and with youth homelessness. I am a Dad to human(s) and my cat babies in Spirit.

I've always been into this world of mysticism but until 3 years ago I didn't realise that I could actually do this, although we actually all can. Mediumship is my absolute passion although it's been a bumpy road, I love to do this role and my aim is to make it accessible to many.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Community Mediumship Service at Kirkintilloch Town Hall next Monday.

This is Janet Shepherd who is joining me at Kirkintilloch Town Hall on Monday 22nd September for the mediumship service.

Alongside being a supportive friend and mother Janet is a psychic, a medium, Akashic/tarot/past life reader to name but a few of her holistic offerings. Janet brings through evidence of our loved ones in Spirit often with guidance backed up by facts that only you may know.

Janet has been practicing in this field for some time and is very experienced in supporting people through grief and loss through psychic and mediumship modalities, but also as a volunteer supporting people in dying with dignity; also those here with loss and bereavement in the Ayrshire area.

Janet and I have been a partnership over the past few months doing local spiritual churches and fundraising nights and I look forward to welcoming Janet to the first Community Mediumship Service based in Kirkintilloch.

I hope to see some of you there.
