Activities update!!

🍫🍫 We had lots of fun celebrating World Chocolate Day, residents enjoyed searching for the golden ticket and enjoying a selection of chocolates, well done to Shirley for finding the golden ticket 👏

Our lovely resident, Enid celebrated her birthday this week 🎂 and we had trips out to Gie it Laldy at Centrestage, Musical Memories with the OIR Choir at Alloway Parish Church Hall and a shopping trip to Ayr 🚍 🎤🛍

Our week finished off with Meet the Manager meeting with Sarah 👱🏼‍♀️ These meetings always go down a treat and there was no exception with a beautiful selection of cakes made by our wonderful Chef, Michelle 🍰🧁🥮🍓

There's never a dull moment here at Suncourt!

We had a bus trip to CentreStage for Gie it Laldy afternoon 🎶❤️

Our baking group made Empire biscuits this week 🍰 Delicious!

We were overjoyed to welcome the adorable therapy dog Gypsy-Rose and her lovely owner, Sonja, for a heart-warming visit! 🐶💕 we can’t wait for your next visit! 🐾💛

Lastly we would like to thank Thorntoun Estate Care Home for hosting the inter-home gathering where new friendships and sharing special moments were made.

We have been busy bees 🐝 here at Suncourt, Betty celebrating her 100th Birthday 🥳, trip to Centrestage for music & socialising 🎶🎤 some of our residents enjoyed seeing the much-loved Glasgow Taxis come to Troon 🚕 and as the sun 🌞 was beaming outside our residents were enjoying being out in our lovely garden relaxing and the week ended with a visit from Aimee who got everyone singing 👩‍🎤

💖🎊 Happy 100th Birthday to our wonderful resident, Betty 🎊💖

Today, we honored a century of love, laughter, and cherished memories!

Betty was surrounded by her beautiful family together with Deputy Lieutenant for Ayrshire, Sandy Fitzpatrick and South Ayrshire Deputy Provost, Mary Kilpatrick, who congratulated Betty on her very special day.

Thank you to our amazing Chef, Stephen for baking Betty's cake 🍰

It's been a busy couple of weeks here at Suncourt.

Our two lovely residents celebrated their birthdays, thank you to Stephen our Chef for baking their cakes.

We have enjoyed playing bingo and other games.

Our pampering days have become very popular with our ladies having their nails manicured & painted.

It was nice to spend time in the garden where residents made bird feeders.

A trip to Alloway Parish Church Hall for Musical Memories was enjoyed by all and to finish off the week a visit from True Colours who got everyone singing and tapping their feet.
