A few pics from the weekend. Including a post teaching walk 😊
In our weekend workshop we thought about Sutra II 46 Sthira sukha asanam which asks that our practice has both steadiness and ease.
Although we need intelligence and effort in the body, we must also remain mindful of our breath which should remain smooth and even.
Iyengar Yoga teaches us to manage ourselves, ‘stack’ the body correctly, use props, consider and manage our asanas, so that ultimately, effort can become effortless and the breath become steady.
There is so much more I would like to say!!
