I’m trialling a NEW *Beach POP UP Class* starting this
Saturday 7.45am - 8.30am. Meeting point will be the Italian Gardens at the beach. 😎

These outdoor classes will have a mixture of cardio and strength based exercises using the beautiful surroundings at the beach.

We will make use of the walls, grass and sandy areas to achieve a fab full body workout, a fantastic start to your day!
