Yesterday, I rushed out and had to get the ingredients to make home-made Shwarma Kebab inspired by the works of The Wicked Kitchen, plus the smoked seasoned tofu with melted cheese was pretty damn good.

No animals were harmed in making this food.🙂

Synchronicity is the coincidence of events that appear meaningful and intertwined.

Whether I am reading too much into events or not, I will take it.

As I sit here, redesigning the habit tracker screen on my app, a video in the background tells me that perfection is the enermy of good.

Can you relate to this statement?

We can somtimes put pressure on ourselves to be perfect when really, we should just be looking to improve over time.

"Improving over time" is what go my attention.

Can you find the answer to this question right now? Am I getting better at this? Am I going in the right direction? What is the trend?

For me, I was tracking habits on paper and saw that I wasn't as good as I thought I was at many things, but it was a start. A step in the direction to greater self-awareness and a subject for another post.

Today, this means adding a simple number to the app's design and I have it.
