Well we are fully into the season of autumn now. The cold bite is in the air, the days are darker and the trees are shedding in one last magnificent display of beauty. With that we have an abundance of cosy yoga sessions over the last part of the year to help you feel relaxed and your soul lifted

❤️ Fridays evenings 6.30 at SASS Circus Space Trowbridge will bring gentle hatha. Think twinkling fairy lights as you allow your body and mind to unravel from the week £9 pp

❤️ Sunday 7th November and 9th December 6.30 to 8.30. Beautiful new offering of a monthly yin and bedtime stories workshop. Curl up with a hot tea, under blankets and infra red heating at the stunning Marsh Farm Yoga, while your body is guided into deep relaxation before being carried away on a nostalgic journey to when our ancestors would tell each other stories as the nights began to draw in. £15 pp

❤️ Sunday 23rd November and 14th December. 9 am. Embrace the beauty of the changing seasons with our monthly outdoor session. Move in this slightly more heated practise to warm up the bones and shake off the cobwebs, while surrounded by bird song. £9 pp

❤️ samhein at Carpe Noctem Frome 1st November. 7.30 to 9.30pm. Journey deep into the magic of this time of the year and the final harvest. We open circle, guide energy through the body with kundalini movement and breath, before sitting in meditation. Then we finish with a wonderful samhein craft. £25 pp. Only 1 space left

❤️ wreath pagan and discovering the pagan roots of Christmas. 16th November 3 till 5. At Colour & Crystals. A journey into creating Christmas decorations with intention, and keeping the history of these traditions alive.

Merry Mabon to you all!!!
As the world comes into balance between dark and light this is a wonderful time to take a pause and assess how the year has gone for you, and what harvest you are reaping as a result. The harvest isn't just about what we can gather from the fruits of our efforts, but how we can honour that abundance with gratitude. The true point of harvest is to share the rewards so the collective can move forward through the darker, colder months together. We survive as a human community together or not at all.

With so much division and hatred being fed to us through the media currently it might be very easy to feel that sharing and being together as a human community is very out of balance. We are at the precipice, the tipping point of balance; do we get lost in the dark or find a way to navigate it with the light guiding us?

The cards on this beautiful morning were pulled for the collective ( and no I didn't chose the cards so they were relevant to this story; the cards are here to tell the story)
Gaia was pulled first; she is here to remind us that we are all one, one community together on one earth and we must nurture that earth and each other. There is no division, there is no ownership of land. We are as one... but that's easier said than done right?
So the Butterfly card helps direct us to the how. It asks us to transform, to lift out of the safety of our cocoons and what we think the world is according to our current experiences of it and shift to a new perspective. It also asks us to do this with joy and wonder. Could you imagine seeing the world for the first time from the skies, after your whole world experience being from the ground? This new perspective doesn't ignore our previous views, but helps us grow and build on it

May you have the most beautiful equinox, filled with abundance, joy and balance where ever you are in the world
