This week's full moon, which is also a blood moon, happily coincides with our outdoor yoga session on Sunday evenings, at 6. To honour this we will be doing a very Beautiful full moon manifestation yoga practice to tune into the energies of the moon

How exciting that a new venue for all yummy and holistic is opening in trowbridge!!! The open evening is Tuesday, come down and meet everyone, and see what they have to offer!!

Loving those moments of play and exploration of the body. I never learnt cartwheels at a kid, but one thing I've learnt from silks and yoga is you are only limited by yourself... so at almost 43 out here attempting all the child play
