“I worked as a support worker for 14 years, so helping people has always been a passion of mine. I then joined the Advice and Contact team as an Information Officer at Wiltshire Council, where I worked in a team with Social Workers and Occupational Therapists.
That’s when I became really inspired by the OT role and decided to pursue it myself. I moved into a role as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the Reablement team, which I love!
I was later given the chance to further my education and apply for the OT apprenticeship. I’ve now been accepted to UWE Bristol and can’t wait to start next week!”

🌟 Farewell to Emily 🌟

Yesterday we said goodbye to Emily, our amazing Senior Admin Officer for the South team. It’s hard to put into words just how much she’ll be missed. Emily has been such a key part of the team—always calm, kind, and incredibly efficient. Her support, positivity, and sense of humour made a real difference every single day.

The whole Business Support team will truly miss her—she’s left a big gap both professionally and personally.

We’re so grateful for everything she’s done and wish her all the very best in her next chapter. The South team won’t be the same without her!
