As some of you already know I am expecting baby number 2! We are so excited to be growing our family and I am due in July ☀️I am still working however I am slowing down so I won’t be taking on any new clients. I’m also unsure when I will be finishing for maternity leave however I will let you all know individually ☺️ if you would like to book in before I finish please send me a message. Chronic pain.

This might be jaw pain, or low back pain, or headache, or something more widespread. In all of these cases, having this resident pain or dysfunction can be fairly all-consuming. Every task you might do has to take the pain into account, working from a desk, doing the washing up, as does every meal, and every social event. When you lay down in bed, it's time to contend with the pain. When you get up it’s facing the struggle.

It can make a body feel less like home, always there and always getting in the way of your plans to relax and unwind. It's an alienating feeling, one that makes you wish you could be anywhere else. Often turning to medication to ease some of the discomfort.

A little bit of relief can feel like a huge load off. In my massage I hope to alleviate some of this pain for you, along with some small lifestyle changes, perhaps not straight away but over time.
