This is a space where we come together to create and learn using tarot, spiritual journaling, and

soul art as tools for insight, expression, and inner connection.

Through creative journaling we journey with The Fool, allowing feelings to surface naturally while learning the Major Arcana. This work supports tuning into intuition, gut feelings, and higher awareness in a grounded and creative way.

Begins: Thursday 5th February 2026

Time: 7:15pm – 9:15pm

Venue: Colour and Crystal, Kestrel House, Unit 8, Mill Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8BE

Once inside the unit number is 8 – to the top of the stairs and turn right.

Fees:

Thursday Evening – £10

Saturday Session – £15 (10:00am – 2:00pm)

Fees are paid weekly in advance to keep the class affordable and accessible.

Important: Attendance on Thursdays is required to qualify for Saturdays, as the journey is

continuous and does not restart until July 2026.

Places are limited and bookings will close once the group is full.

The next intake as mentioned above will begin in July.

After completing the Major Arcana, we will move on to the Court Cards and then the Minor Arcana.

In the future, this work will also be offered online within the Sacred Space membership.

What You’ll Need

• A journal (A5 or A4) this doesn’t need to be new

• Sharpies (thick and thin tips)

• Tissue paper, PVA glue, paper scissors

• Stickers, decorative tape, stamps and ink, all of your choosing

• Old magazines, photos, quotes, newspapers (something to get messy on)

Bringing your own materials helps to keep the fees down.

On Saturdays, please bring a light snack, hot water, tea or coffee will be available during the half-hour break.

The Multi-Storey car park has now reopened and Court Street car park is just around the corner from the venue.

A fresh frequency for the new year, held inside the beautifully restored Old Town Hall. A place where old walls meet new light, and the whole space feels like it’s breathing again.
I felt it the moment I stepped inside: calm, spacious, quietly mystical.
Perfect for deep sound work.

On the 21st of January, I’d love to welcome you into this energy.
We’ll drop into stillness, let the vibrations of the bowls unwind what the body is ready to release,
and create room for clarity, softness and quiet inner magic.

so your body can fully melt into the experience.

👉🏼 I WISH I WAS TOLD THIS IMPORTANT PIECE OF INFORMATION 👈🏼

Ihave attended CPR classes over the years, but was never told this particular scenario. I was told that when your body starts sweating profusely for no apparent reason followed by what feels like a spasm at the end of your esophagus, that is your body’s warning sign.

When you are alone and have a heart attack, what are you gonna do? A really good post that can't be shared often enough:

1. Take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's say it's 5:25 pm and you're driving home after an unusually hard day's work.

2. You are really tired and frustrated.
All of a sudden you experience chest pains. They are starting to radiate in the arm and jaw. It feels like being stabbed in the chest and heart. You're only a few miles away from the nearest hospital or home.

3. Unfortunately you don't know if you can make it..

4. Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself.

5. How do you survive a heart attack when you're alone when it happens? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 seconds before losing consciousness.

6. But you can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly! Deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at the hospital or until your heart starts to beat normally.

7. Deep breathing gives oxygen to your lungs and coughing movements boost the heart and blood circulation. Heart pressure also helps to restore a normal heartbeat. That’s how cardiac arrest victims can make it to the hospital for the right treatment.

8. Cardiologists say if someone gets this message and passes it on to 10 people, we can expect to save at least one life.

9. FOR WOMEN: You should know that women have additional and different symptoms. Rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. Often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.

Currently supporting Nicky at Peaceful Paws of Melksham in her role as owner and individual pet cremator. My experience of working with Paul (owner of the once Charlie's Parlour of Bradford on Avon) and Samantha Waite Lewis has given me the proffessional knowledge and experience to work behind the scenes. It's great to be involved where there is so much love and compassion for our companions and owners 💖 feel free to spread the love too.
