Louisa Homecare Ltd was established in May 2015, Founded by Louisa McNeil, in loving memory of Louisa’s late mother, Isobel. Louisa Homecare Ltd, was built on the foundation of care and support, accompanied with a burning desire to provide an undeniable comprehensive service which strives to go above and beyond for client. Louisa McNeil’s first step, into the care sector was little over 20 years ago, When Isobel tragically suffered a brain haemorrhage and a stroke, which resulted in Isobel needing 24-hour care and support. Louisa, Director of Louisa Homecare Ltd, has over 20 years’ experience in the Care sector and is undoubtedly well established within the local community here in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. When it comes to recruiting staff, rest assured, each applicant is enrolled on a in depth, vigorous recruitment process to ensure we are certain that they are the right fit for the role, in representing Louisa Homecare Ltd. All our staff are DBS and Reference checked and undergo regular comprehensive training to make certain all of our staff are up to date with policies and guidelines which are pivotal to providing exceptional, professional care. We back this up with regular spot checks on our staff, and our Director endeavours to make weekly check in phone calls and monthly home visits to ensure everything is exceeding your expectations. Additionally, this aids us in being able to make amendments to your care plan, if necessary, and to gather your feedback and ensure you are satisfied with the service you are receiving. As mentioned, all our care plans are tailored specifically to each individual client, and we can provide Care and Support from an hour a day too full-time care. A few examples of our services are:
