September is Su***de Prevention Month 💜 and the 10th is Su***de Prevention Day.
This isn’t easy for me to talk about (avoidant personality makes it even harder), but I’ve lived with suicidal thoughts my whole life. As someone with BPD, who’s 54 and survived many attempts — I want you to know: it can pass. It can be replaced with hope. 💫

🛠️ From Butler Sinks to Waterfall 🛠️

Here’s how we built our garden water feature:
1️⃣ We sealed the plugholes in both sinks.
2️⃣ Added a pump to circulate water from the bottom sink back to the top.
3️⃣ Cut a groove in the top sink to create a little waterfall.
4️⃣ Decorated with stones, mosaic, and water plants. 🌸

The result? A gentle trickle of flowing water that’s already transforming the garden into a calm, peaceful space. ✨
