Nicola Davis is an award-winning textile artist behind Nicola Davis Crafts, creating beautiful handmade silk art inspired by positivity, happiness, and recovery.

Her work includes original silk paintings, scarves, and creative kits, all rooted in mental well-being. Nicola is also a self-taught entrepreneur whose work has appeared on Channel 4’s Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas, Emmerdale, and The Walking Dead 🎬

Your mental health matters. Taking part in supportive activities and spending time with others can make a real difference. Our sessions — including meditation, arts and crafts, and relaxed social time — are designed to support wellbeing in a calm, welcoming space.

📢 There isn’t enough research that identifies ways to improve treatment and support for people severely affected by mental illness.

That is why we’re so proud to be partnered with GlobalMinds, one of the largest mental health studies ever undertaken.

More than 1,000 people have taken part so far, with lots more to come!

Over the coming months, NHS England will be inviting everyone in England who is eligible to take part in Global Minds to sign up to the study.
