Totally agree, as I said in my earlier post the number of teenagers I am seeing increases year on year. And it’s the same for those in the teaching profession.
The Government and Ofsted need to concentrate on the students as individuals who deserve every chance and opportunity to succeed in life. The current system is causing so much damage to the next generation.

I completely agree with this. The number of young people I see increases every year. As does the number of teachers.
Having been a teacher for 18 years before changing career, I understand the pressures on teachers. However, these pressures are now being felt by the students who are struggling to cope and this must change.
Well done Young Minds for making this post and highlighting this. The system does need to change to cater for all students and teachers.
