NEW NAME & NEW MEN'S GROUP!
Greetings all, I hope you are well.
I am now only running a 'men's' meditation group, so this page has a new name, design and descriptions to reflect this.
I will edit the followers list to include just the appropriate demographic, as the content and updates will only be relevant to them. If you don't fall into this category, you'll stop getting posts and updates from this page,
Thank you all for all the support of Ton Boon Dharma over the years, It's inspired me to continue forward with this new group, in a new town. I hope your all finding a space to practice Dharma.

Ton Boon Dharma is an organisation that offers donation based meditation classes, pay-as-you-go yoga, and also runs workshops, meditation retreats and 'Dance Liberation' conscious dance events.
Our meditation groups are held at the Ton Boon Meditation centre and are places where the local community can come together to practice and learn about the dharma (the teachings of the Buddha). We teach practical meditation techniques to overcome sufferings and stress and to discovering a new freedom and health in one's life!
We hold yin and restorative yoga for all round body and mind well-being. We run day-long and weekend Samatha & Vipassana retreats.
The conscious dance events aim to facilitate healing and transformation through movement, breath and sound and are held at Westbury Leigh Community Hall and other venues around the West Country.
Ton Boon Dharma works along side with the 'The Ton Boon Buddhist Community Group' (a group of volunteers). The community group is a 'not-for-profit' collective and consists of dharma teachers, facilitators and volunteers.
We hold events and classes that aim to create peaceful and positive connections in the community and that are accessible to all.
Our collective ethos is to teach and practice together out of compassion and care for all beings. We aim to help people bring a clarity and calm to their lives to reduce stress and clear away negativity. This can create the space for a more contented and happier state of mind to develop, bringing a genuine well-being and freedom to your life.
Our groups are a safe and peaceful place of practice and learning. People of all backgrounds come together to explore the meditative life and develop wholesome and healthy friendships.
