Trowbridge Service Users’ Group – Trowbridge’s Free Mental Health Support and Friendship group is there for you to build connections with people who understand and don’t judge, To reduce isolation and loneliness for those living with mental illness.

Our group is peer lead and run, our group is more social than therapy, we understand that having something purposeful and routine improves mental health.
We are open and welcoming of everyone, we encourage members to take part in activities, but no one is forced to participate members are just welcome to sit and chat or take advantage of the facilities (games, books, the computer, personal CD players etc.)

So if you are struggling with your mental health or you have fallen into a rut where the days merge on to the next or have no time or energy to put yourself first. Then why no come along…

Come and join us at our free memory cafe this afternoon in Trowbridge. We meet every second Tuesday of the month at Florence Court in Trowbridge. There'll be plenty of tea & coffee and we chose difference activities each month.

No need to book, just turn up.
