Our lives are being chipped away at - our freedom more and more limited and our finances affected whoever we are! In the end its who we have not what we have that matters so please just cut your fellow man some slack give a little compassion.....more than ever be kind🙌

Instead of worrying about your next holiday abroad or the next pub crawl consider this. If you thought a summer lock down was bad for people already struggling with mental health, a winter one is going to be 10 times worse. Please keep a look out for your family, friends and neighbours that are struggling.

The relapse and overdose rate has increased by 30% since March 2020. Mental health issues related to our lock down and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression.
