Karonz Counselling I am a Qualified Person Centred counsellor, I would like to welcome you to my therapeutic page. (safely on line)

My hope is to offer you support, through my posts, or you may request a free introductory confidential counselling session for 50min. I understand it can be a difficult step to ask for help... so I am hoping this page will interest you and give you space to view who I am at your own pace. I have a natural ability to see good in people and I know growth is possible for all and everyone has the potential if they are heard and accepted for who they are. Within your therapeutic session I may also offer Creative therapy and will at all times be guided by you. I hope you will find me, warm, welcoming, accepting and understanding. These are just a few core values that guide my work and make me who I am.

I hope you all have the Christmas you are hoping for, but life doesn’t consider Christmas as happy only. So for most of us that is likely to have a wobble over this time, here is a reminder of the tools we have to re-balance those moments.
