Wow what a year it's been. Its truly its lived up to its name 'The Year of the Snake'...shedding its skin. Its been the closing of so many cycles for us collectively in this 9 numerology year. And for me personally to...things Iv waited for many years for are emerging after closures, So many big changes for me, I can share about in the new year. The numerology of 2026 is 1, starting over again, initiation, creating the foundation of what we truly want for this earth.

Next year is the year of the Fire horse....So get yr light saddles prepped🤣...We ride again 💥🤣💥 For now may you have a wonderful Solstice, Christmas and New year.

We are so looking forward to our Sole to Soul half day retreat at Sowena CIC on Saturday. We are offering a unique blend of Sound Healing and Reflexology. We are also weaving in Crystal Healing and singing Medicine Songs, supported by Rose and Nettle infusions 🌱🌹

It is fully booked but we are holding another one in March date tbc.

Making a few preps this morning getting ready for the Sacred Mind Body Spirit Event in Penzance this weekend. Im offering mini reflexology treatments with a foot reading afterwards. 👣
I'm also selling smudge sticks Iv made from herbs from the land. What felt like a room full of hanging herbs now in these cleansing beauties.
It will be a weekend of fantastic talks, therapists and healing products etc. Excited 😁 🌱💜🌱

Im so excited to be teaming up with my beautiful friend Abbey from Astara Alchemy. We are offering a half day retreat for a Sacred sound Journey with Reflexology. We will be coming together in circle setting intentions with Nettle and Rose infusion from the land. Will will include crystal healing alongside the reflexology and sacred sounds. We finish our afternoon with us all singing medicine songs around the fire. It will be a joyous, nourishing day indeed.
