Wellbeing through Nature - A free 8 week course designed to improve your wellbeing, see poster for more details.

Cornwall Wildlife Trust would like to invite participants to their upcoming Wellbeing in Nature 8 Week course, run in collaboration with Make it Better CIC - Mitber.comt Pinetum Gardens. Participants must be over the age of 18. Through the course, participants can expect to:
• Build confidence at getting out in nature
• Develop friendships in a small group setting
• Improve their wellbeing through social and creative connection to nature

Booking is essential, as spaces are limited.

✅️ If you're eligible for the Winter Fuel Payment, you do not need to apply and most payments will be made automatically in November or December. You would have received a letter in October or November telling you how much you'll get and which bank account it will be paid into.⁠

⚠️ By ignoring the scam text, you will not disqualify for the payment and your funds will not be redistributed. ⁠
