Field Care Supervisor – Homecare

£28,000 • Full‑time (40 hrs) • Some weekends
Driving essential • Level 3 Health & Social Care required

What the role involves:
🌅 Start the Day
Check in with the office, review overnight updates, plan your customer visits and staff support for the day.

🏡 Client Visits
Carry out care plan reviews, risk assessments, welfare checks, and ensure care remains person‑centred. Build strong relationships with customers, families and MDT's

👥 Supporting the Team
Shadow and coach new starters, complete spot checks, competency assessments, supervisions and provide guidance to care staff throughout the day.

📞 Communication &Problem‑Solving
Stay in touch with the office, care workers, and families. Help resolve issues calmly, manage changes, and keep the day running smoothly.

🚗 Quality & Compliance
Monitor care standards, check ECM data, complete audits, ensure safe delivery of visits, and help set up new packages of care. Complete care calls.

🖥️ End of Day Tasks
Update notes, complete reports, follow up on any concerns, and prepare for the next day.

🌙 On‑Call as part of a rota
Provide support outside office hours to maintain continuity of care.
