The Community Gateway: Offers non-urgent mental health support and access to community services for individuals 16+. Contact them by calling 01872 266383 (8am–8pm daily) or emailing welcome@kernowgateway.org.uk.

Cornwall Mind: Provides groups, one-to-one support, and an online community. Find more information on Cornwall Mind's website.

We Are With You: Offers support for issues related to drugs, alcohol, and mental health. Call 0333 2000 025 or visit their website for local hub details.

WorkWell: A free service for those whose health impacts their ability to work.

Cornwall Council Resources: The council's website provides guidance and resources for mental wellbeing.
