Escape the festive rush this Saturday!

We have two remaining spaces for a free Traditional Five Element Acupuncture treatment with one of our end-of-year student practitioners from the International College of Acupuncture.

Available appointment times – Saturday, 6th December:

x2 sessions available at 2:00 pm

Each session is supervised by Paul Adkins of Positive Acupuncture, who will check in periodically throughout your treatment.

Please allow 2 hours for your appointment. This includes a full Traditional Diagnosis – an in-depth conversation about your history, lifestyle, and health. Your practitioner will then complete diagnostic checks and deliver your Five Element Acupuncture treatment.

Appointments take place at Highgrove House (home of Positive Acupuncture) and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

We're delighted to welcome Michael Baker to the Positive Acupuncture Team!

Michael is a highly experienced Five Element Acupuncturist with over 40 years in clinical practice, gaining his Lic.Ac in 1985 and B.Ac in 1989.

Today, Michael continues to see patients while also serving as Principal of the International College of Acupuncture, which he co-founded with Paul Adkins and Stacey George in 2019.

His work as both a practitioner and teacher reflects his deep commitment to the classical principles of Five Element Acupuncture.

Rachel is a passionate health and wellbeing specialist, qualified in Anatomy & Physiology and Traditional Five Element Acupuncture. Having lived in Asia, Rachel has always been fascinated by Eastern therapies and personally benefited from the powers of acupuncture.

Rachel specialises in supporting those experiencing chronic pain, fatigue, tension, and stress, with a particular focus on women’s health. She is also dedicated to educating the younger generation on the powerful benefits of acupuncture and its role in healing the body, mind, and spirit.

Her approach is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding, delivered with a warm, grounded, and professional style. Rachel finds inspiration in nature and practices yoga to stay grounded and centred.
