Don't push yourself too much. You will get there when you're meant to. Be open to having the big picture, in the background for a while. It's good to be aware, yet move forward small steps at a time. Keep consistent with your healing journey.

You need to keep cleansing, and letting the past go. You're not the person you were, so don't try and hold onto them. Be kind and they will peacefully heal.

You're ready for more awareness, have faith in the timescale of change happening. It's now that you are needing to look at things in relationship. Be open to changing the outcome, by accepting how you're feeling in the now. Don't run towards the person who is upsetting you. A taker is always a taker.

Take from this what you need, and what resonates. Let the messages integrate - you're doing great.
