It’s great to learn new things & I love trying out new crafts…this time was crochet. Given that I hadn’t even picked up a crochet hook until a week ago, super pleased with this crochet basket!!

I’ve put together a super-quick, simple-to-make refreshing salad, packed full of water-rich foods, vitamin C and powerful antioxidants like ellagic acid to help keep cool & combat damage from those strong UV rays…

No need for complicated recipes, just toss watermelon cubes, pomegranate seeds, crushed mint leaves into a salad bowl…drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar…add some crumbled feta cheese for a protein boost…and you’re done!

Runner’s gut - yes, it’s real and it’s totally a thing! There’s nothing fun about that cramping feeling mid-run when you suddenly need the bathroom, and you have to take the al fresco option.
