✅ You can get a free check at your local pharmacy, GP surgery and even borrow a monitor from your library to use at home. You can also catch our friendly team offering free blood pressure checks at community Know Your Numbers events this month.
⌚️ It only takes a few minutes to check your blood pressure, and it could be lifesaving.
🥦🚶 Knowing and understanding your numbers is key - an ideal blood pressure is under 120/80, and even small lifestyle changes, like being more active, eating healthily, and quitting smoking, can make a big difference.

A major partnership is launching a public health communication campaign across Cornwall and Isles of Scilly this September encouraging at least 10,000 people to get their blood pressure checked over the next 12 months

WAC Community Hub still have places available for their next cookalong which will be starting Wednesday 24th September. This is completely free, they deliver ingredients to your door and you can watch online and cook the meal for the family.
As it’s coming into cooler weather, they have switched up the recipes so they’re hearty winter warmers!
