I love foraging with my mate Ben, who knows all about mushrooms. With my knowledge of plants, we form a great pair :)

I am an artist, a doula, an art teacher and a lover of life! My foraging started as a hobbie, turned into a passion and is now integrated into my daily life. It enables me to be more in touch with the seasons, more in touch with my health, by tapping into ancient plant wisdom, and teaches me to be more mindful and aware of my surroundings

I love sharing my knowledge and attending foraging courses by others, every time I learn a little more! I've been foraging for 20 years and will be foraging for the rest of my days...

I’m so enjoying bringing drawing into the foraging courses. They have really become a nature immersion experience of learning, looking, tasting and sensing. I’m busy prepping for next years series of courses so keep a look out!

Found some fly agaric on my walk the other day, and prepping some hawthorn berries to make hibiscus, hawthorn and lemon peel tea ❤️

I’ve started incorporating my art skills into my foraging courses. At the end of the walk, we sit and do some fun exercises of observation, drawing the trees, leaves and natural shapes around us

It was a wonderful end to a nature immersion experience!

Foraging Course starting at Maenporth Beach

Come and enjoy nature's abundance on this informative foraging course. We'll explore the fields, hedgerows, coast and woodlands around Maenporth Beach, Falmouth. You will learn to identify, pick responsibly and prepare a variety of wild foods

Sunday the 6th April, 1pm - 4pm, meet at the end of the car park, opposite from the cafe. There are public toilets on the road side of the cafe

A wild food snack and drink is provided, please let me know of any allergies. Bring sturdy footwear, we will be walking along footpaths and fields
