A spring workshop to help align your with the season of spring 🌱
Ayurveda, the science of life and sister to yoga, teaches us to adapt to the seasons and encourages greater awareness of our diet and lifestyle choices.
Spring is a great time to detox the body, and during our workshop we will explore gut health, “Agni” (digestive fire) and “Ama” (toxins) which are the key principles to a healthy gut and healthy life.
