Open 24/7 from november 1st 2024 Cornwalls premier fitness centre! Zone Fitness has come to Morgan's. We have the largest collection of Hammerstrength equipment in Cornwall, with bespoke pieces of Panatta kit added to create the most diverse gym in Cornwall. Our gym floor is manned by fully qualified and highly experienced Personal Trainers who will help support you through your fitness journey. We are currently installing a full functional zone, follow our page for regular updates. Within our Cardio range we have added 3 stair climbers to the collection to help boost your calorie burning.

Cutting Carbs Will Make You Fatter!
(Yes… really.) in the long run!

Carbs aren’t your enemy — they’re your fuel.
Slash them too low, and here’s what actually happens:
