As you will see it's slow and not firm but still firm enough. Precise movements to work with the body system and bring you to a place of rest.

✨ A nurturing two-hour treatment designed to calm your nervous system and support your overall sense of wellbeing. Even though it's 2 whole hours so many clients say how quick it goes!

✨But imagine a couple of hours all to to yourself, even longer if you take yourself for a coffee and cake at Chacewater Garden Centre up the road 😁

✨ Your treatment begins with the offer of you setting an intention for yourself and, if you wish, a short guided breathing exercise (box breathing) to help you feel grounded, safe, and relaxed before your treatment begins. No experience needed—just gentle breathing at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I'll talk you through it.

✨ Starting with a 75 minutes full body massage. Helping your body move out of stress and into deep relaxation. Slowing the mind and easing tension.

✨ For the remaining 45 minutes, you can choose how you’d like to continue nurturing yourself.

✨ Options include Light Touch ASMR, Reflexology, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Crystal Facial, or Indian Head Massage. If you choose Reiki we can focus on your physical or mental and emotional wellbeing. I work with different Reiki symbols for each of those.

For those wishing to book my specialist Fibrotherapy Massage a reminder it is now on my booking system.

The treatment is 1 hour at a price of £50.

Begins with 2 short breathwork sections. Abdominal breathing and box breathing.

At the end ear seeds are placed on specific points on one of your ears to keep on for 3 days. These work with the body systems and to help prolonge the effects of the treatment. They can help with anxiety, pain levels, sleep patterns, reduce stress and help balance the vagus nerve.

You know that feeling, when you have daily cleaned, cooked and prepared for a big family get-together or party?
You bustle around doing everything and making sure everyone has a wonderful time and when you finally do get the chance to sit down and relax with your guests, it’s home time...

Don’t let that be the metaphor for your life.

Don’t let the moment you finally relax be a moment too far...

I guess what I am trying to say my friend is, don’t miss your own party because you wanted everyone to else to have the best time.

Now is the time to sit down, take a beat and chat with a friend or loved one.
Now is the time to eat, break bread and be merry.
Now is the time to be fully here.
Fully present.
Enjoying.
Experiencing.
Living.

Not after, not when ‘everything is perfect’.

The dishes can wait, this is your party, your life.

I've been qualified in Usui Reiki for nearly 20 years and yesterday I attended a refresher training session with Samphire Counselling as we both felt we needed a refresh.

Reiki has always been something that I get asked for now and then but recently that has increased.
I've had people referred to me from counsellors who provide talking therapies.

Because Reiki is about you as a whole person, the mental and emotional as well as the physical.

As a Reiki practitioner there are different symbols I use depending on what is most needed by you.

There is a symbol that is described as the mental healing symbol. It represents both sides of the brain and helps to heal emotions, break up negative thought forms and concepts.
It's also the symbol for balance and purification.

It works on anger, fear, depression and what you may perceive as negative or overwhelming.
