The results are in… and as I suspected, the only thing that changed was my bank balance. These masks might help temporarily with fluid retention but don’t buy into the marketing rubbish that facial tissue can be lifted with a rubber gimp mask. It can’t 😂

Three generations ❤️
As you may remember, I snuck off for a couple of days to Barcelona recently.
I took my mummy for her 80th birthday present.
It was a stark reminder that age really is just a number . That lady ( her name actually is Carmen 🫢) smashed out 20k steps daily in 30 degree temperatures and still had enough energy to sink a few wines with her tapas 😂

It’s with the saddest of hearts that we had to say goodbye to our gentle soul yesterday .
Many of you will have been greeted by her at your appointments . She had been unwell recently but was recovering. Sadly that wasn’t how it worked out .
Anyone who loses a pet can relate to the sadness.
Thank you for everything Buttons❤️

Can you believe that this is my 80 yes 80 year old mamma 😳. We celebrated this milestone yesterday and I think we can all agree , she’s a fine specimen of a woman .
Many happy returns mumsy ❤️
