Morning all!

This year marks the tenth anniversary of 'Veganuary', the annual campaign that challenges participants to follow a vegan diet during the month of January.

Since it's launch in 2014, millions of people have signed up to take the 31-day challenge from almost every country in the world. The only countries where no citizens have yet taken part are Vatican City & North Korea.

For every one million official participants who eat vegan for 31 days, 6.2 million litres of water are saved, 3.4 million animals are spared from a lifetime of suffering, & the CO2 equivalent of 1.2 million flights from London to Paris is saved. Find out more at veganuary.com.

Great work folks!

Enjoy!

Iron is important as part of our diet to keep tiredness away among other things!!

Eat up & enjoy your greens everybody!

Afternoon all!

We are now half way through January! Are you trying Veganuary?

96% of people who took part last year and are not fully vegan, said they are likely to try a vegan diet again & are planning to include some vegan dishes in their menu several days a week because they found it to be cheaper & tastier than the shop bought options!

Why not get creative & inventive in the kitchen this year? You know you want to!

Enjoy!

Meet the therapist!

I have now been practising Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, in and around Truro Cornwall, for many years. I am a fully qualified and registered with the ‘Association of Reflexologists’ and the ‘Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council’.

Having overcome ‘ticklish feet’, I found Reflexology a very relaxing, therapeutic and body balancing treatment which, after a course of regular treatments, helped relieve debilitating migraines.

Needing to know more and understand the workings of Reflexology, I enrolled in training at Truro College, and became immediately fascinated. I continue to be enthusiastic about the benefits these treatments offer, even after 15 years as a Reflexologist!

To compliment the Reflexology, I then trained in Indian Head Massage therapy, so that I felt I had an alternative to offer prospective clients. These two therapies work well together, giving clients options to either experience them individually or in some cases, as many of my clients have done, had both in one appointment!
