Abhi Yoga is teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong on Thursday evenings at 5.30pm!

Tai Chi is often seen as a form of "meditation in motion". It involves slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and a focus on balance and coordination.

Qigong, which translates to "energy work" or "cultivation of life force" (Qi or Chi), emphasizes the cultivation and circulation of energy through the body.

Spend an hour at the studio with Abhi blending these two ancient practices together and leave feeling peaceful and refreshed!

Hello Yogis 😃 hope all is well in your world. I’m teaching every Thursdays at Ekam Yoga Centre, Camborne Town at 5.30pm. As you’ve shown your love for the style of yoga I teach I thought I’d extend the invitation to join.

I have had an amazing time today at Carwynnen Guide Campsite with this incredible group of yogis! Thank you Cornwall Adventures’ Justin Keight for making this possible 😘! The amount of fun we had was beyond belief. I was thrilled to see how receptive everyone was to the practice, and the positive energy in the room was truly fulfilling. It was inspiring to witness people's genuine interest in learning more about body and brain yoga and their understanding of its concepts. The bhajis and chai stole the show, becoming the ultimate winners of the day! It brought me immense joy to see people going back for second servings or savouring the food throughout the event. It's truly heartwarming when something you've prepared brings so much delight and satisfaction to others. Their enjoyment of the food filled my heart with happiness and gratitude.

I want to give a special shout-out to Ray and Tim for their lovely assistance during the clearing at the end. Their support made the experience even more enjoyable. I genuinely adore this group, and I can't wait for the opportunity to come together with them again in the future. To the entire lovely bunch, I send my heartfelt love and light.
