Kiki my therapy dog in training has joined me for her first day on the job today offering lots of cuddles and a chill presence.

Some clients struggle to create "art" in sessions . However art comes in all forms knitting crochet also count . Some clients like me to create alongside to take the pressure off them making. I was gifted a bag of scarp bits of yarn and this is the result so far . It's becoming beautiful It's made me think of all the chaotic thoughts inside that are being looked at made sense of and given there own place within that is safe and feels held and supported .
