Under the energies of the new moon in Libra, join Fran to honour the beginning of a new cycle that supports equilibrium.

As we journey into the darker months energies can be lower. It is wise to use this time to reflect and journal on what areas of your life you want to bring more balance into, maybe your work or relationships.

These spaces provide that stepping away. They always allow for the flow of emotions to be able to move forward into a new cycle with fresh eyes.

Come with an open heart to share and be supported by a gorgeous community.

Fran will hold space for you to move, breathe, and journal, while also inviting you to rest and receive the gentle, healing energy of Reiki as you set your intentions under the new moon.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a consistent practice, Beth will guide you through supportive, grounding flows designed to restore and nurture the prenatal body.

Each class weaves in gentle poses and soothing pranayama techniques you can carry with you through pregnancy and into birth - easing anxiety, improving sleep, and bringing your mind back to the present.

We’re waving goodbye (for now!) to our wonderful Barre Pilates / Yoga teacher, Stephanie.

She is opening her own Reformer Pilates Studio, Studio Miel .nqy , in Newquay on 10th September. Road trip, anyone?!

It’s been such a JOY having Stephanie on our team, and while we’ll miss her energy in the studio, we’re beyond excited to see her flourish in this new adventure. Wishing her all the love and success - not that she needs it!

Stephanie’s last classes will be Wednesday 3rd, 10:15am and Sunday 7th, 9:30am. Get booked in ✨💜

We gather at the peak point of our year and under the energies of a new moon, when the sun’s energy is at its strongest. A poignant time for intention setting.

Join us in circle to share in and honour the abundance and joy that this pinnacle point of the year brings.

Wherever we are on our own journey this is a perfect opportunity to check in with where you’ve come so far this year, did we set any intentions for ourselves that we want to re-energise? Now is the perfect time.

Spiritually the Summer Solstice is a time of transformation and renewal, we harness this energy and focus it into what we want to give power from the midsummer into the rest of year. To honour nature and all its beauty as well as the solar energy which brings abundance into our own life where it’s needed.

This evening will be a time to share and receive, a time to re check in with our soul path through the practices of journaling, gentle movement, breath work, and Yoga Nidra for powerful intention setting. The evening will close with a deep relaxation and reiki healing infused with sounds of the shamanic drum which allows the brain to access dreamy trancelike states to help you journey deep into your consciousness to receive guidance from the spirit realm.

Supported in the sanctuary of Anella Yoga studio by Fran, this event is designed to boost your mood and energy levels, to unplug from distractions, to realign your path and reset your body mind and soul.
