Chaturanga, the yoga push-up, is one of the most repeated poses in Vinyasa, yet often the most misunderstood! This workshop is designed to help you build strength, stability, and confidence - both in Chaturanga and throughout your practice.
We’ll explore:
✨ Safe alignment + shoulder protection
🔥 Strength drills for arms, core + back
🧘♀️ Progressions + modifications for all bodies
~ Finding what feels supportive and sustainable for you.
Expect a balance of technique, movement, and mindful strength building. You’ll leave the session with tools to move safely, with more awareness and power in your practice.
This class is suitable for those with a regular yoga practice (not complete beginners).
